Details: Preston Leroy Schleinkofer, is a retired U.S. military and federal law enforcement professional with more than 30 years of combined service dedicated to national security, public safety, and complex law enforcement operations. A recognized Subject Matter Expert in immigration fraud, he brings deep operational insight into border protection, immigration, and customs enforcement. Preston completed over 22 years of honorable military service across multiple components, serving as an Active Duty Army Military Policeman, Army Reserve Psychological Operations specialist, Air National Guard Security Police member, and Army National Guard Chemical, Biological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Defense professional. His diverse background spans conventional law enforcement, force protection, customs and postal inspection, information operations, and WMD defense, culminating in his retirement at the rank of Sergeant First Class (SFC).
Following his military career, Preston served more than 16 years with the U.S. Border Patrol, beginning in Laredo, Texas, where he conducted frontline interdiction operations against illegal entry and sophisticated narcotics smuggling organizations. His leadership led to promotion to Supervisory Border Patrol Agent (GS-12). He later joined U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), serving in field, intelligence, and headquarters roles of increasing responsibility, including GS-13 and GS-14 supervisory positions. His federal career culminated as a Supervisory Detention and Deportation Officer and Section Chief at ICE Headquarters in Washington, D.C., where he led multidisciplinary intelligence teams supporting high-impact national security initiatives. After retiring from government service, Preston transitioned to the private sector as a licensed Private Investigator and Personal Protective Specialist in Virginia and currently serves part-time as an Executive Security Agent, continuing his lifelong commitment to protection, leadership, and risk management.
